*WE ARE OPEN*
We've missed you and can't wait to share these good vibes we've got going on. We've got new product, new people, and a new approach to making your shopping experience safe and enjoyable. Ensuring our customer's well being and safety, as well as ours, is still a top priority so we've put some new practices in place. I & V wants you to feel good shopping with us so here's a few things we're doing:
* Masks are required for entry. By I & V and by NY State.
* Since the clothes can't be washed in between browsing sessions, complimentary nitrile gloves are available at our entrance and are to be worn while shopping.
* Try Ons are encouraged! If you love something and want to see how it fits, go for it. We have a special process for those items which includes steaming, UV light and whenever possible, setting the garments off the sales floor for 24hrs or longer.
* At this time, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Again, we encourage trying on any wanted items to make sure you absolutely love them. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!
* Added cleaning measures before, during, and after store hours have been implemented including wiping down and UV lighting the fitting rooms after each use.
It is our hope that these precautions will keep us safe and healthy, but if anyone feels uncomfortable being in-store with the public, WE TOTALLY GET IT. And for that reason Private Appointments are still being offered, both virtually and in-store, upon request.
